Completed work now triggers a ready-to-review invoice draft.
Soku Systems connected production completion to billing so invoice preparation begins only when every associated article is finished.

Billing depended on repeated checks across every related article.
Invoices covered groups of articles, but the billing process depended on someone checking whether every article tied to an invoice record was complete. Drafting too early created errors; checking repeatedly and drafting manually created administrative work and delayed billing.
Invoices had to wait until delivery was truly complete.
The business needed billing to follow actual delivery status. A reliable completion check could reduce manual reconciliation while preserving human review before an invoice was sent.
Completion status now controls when an invoice draft is created.
Soku Systems built a completion-aware invoicing workflow. When an article is marked complete, the system checks every other article associated with the same invoice record. Once all required work is finished, it creates a QuickBooks invoice as a draft.
The system checks the whole invoice group before acting.
- An article reaches its completed state.
- The workflow identifies the related invoice record.
- It verifies the completion status of every article attached to that invoice.
- If any article remains incomplete, the workflow stops without drafting the invoice.
- When all articles are complete, the system creates a draft invoice in QuickBooks.
- A human reviews the draft before it is finalized or sent.
Billing now follows verified delivery without losing human approval.
Invoice preparation became synchronized with completed delivery. The workflow removes repeated status checking and draft creation while retaining a human approval step before billing the client.
