Your choice
We use PostHog to understand visits to our public website and improve our landing pages. Analytics starts only after you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting keeps it off. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences at any time.
What analytics collects
With your permission, we collect public page visits, button clicks, approved campaign tags, referring domains, browser and device information, and anonymous browser/session identifiers. These identifiers let us connect activity across visits on this website. They are not associated with your name or email address. We use browser local storage for analytics after acceptance; before acceptance we store only your analytics preference.
What we exclude
We do not send form contents, contact details, passwords, account data, or arbitrary URL query parameters to PostHog. We do not identify public visitors or create named person profiles. Administration, drafts, search, authenticated learning/account routes, and automated testing are excluded. IP-based geographic enrichment is disabled; our service providers still process network information needed to receive and serve requests.
Our provider and purposes
PostHog Cloud processes these events in its US region for Soku Systems. We use them to compare traffic sources, landing pages, button engagement, visitor journeys, and successful contacts. A button click is not proof of a completed booking or purchase. This approval covers website analytics; it does not authorize an advertising pixel, cross-site advertising, or sharing contact details for advertising.
Recordings and advertising
Session recording is disabled. We do not load Meta Pixel or another advertising tag under your analytics choice. Enabling recordings or advertising requires a separate reviewed disclosure and applicable permission.
Retention
We use the default event retention for our PostHog plan. PostHog currently guarantees one year on its Free plan and seven years on paid plans. Data beyond the applicable period may be permanently deleted by PostHog; this is not a promise of deletion on an exact date. We may delete data earlier in response to a supported deletion request. Session recordings are not collected.
Withdrawal and deletion requests
Withdrawing permission stops future analytics and clears analytics identifiers stored by this website on your device. It does not automatically erase events already sent. Contact contact@sokusystems.com for questions, access, correction, or deletion requests. Because events are not linked to your email address, we may need the anonymous browser identifier to locate relevant records.
